Defining and evolving the editorial voice and storytelling strategy, the full-time Senior Editorial Manager will lead the company's content narrative ecosystem, establish editorial standards, and manage relationships with freelance writers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the editorial voice and storytelling strategy across various content channels
• Develop editorial calendars, content pillars, and educational initiatives while ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
• Lead and mentor the editorial organization, managing talent recruitment and performance reviews

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in editorial leadership, journalism, publishing, or content strategy
• Proven experience leading editorial ecosystems across digital media and social channels
• Strong understanding of audience development and content performance
• Deep expertise in cannabis culture, products, and consumer behavior
