Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Education Analyst in Retirement Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement personalized education meeting plans
• Transform complex financial concepts into engaging content and develop meeting materials
• Partner with Relationship Managers to prepare detailed education meeting proposals and ensure quality assurance of materials

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience in Qualified Plans or equivalent
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Capability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Experience in sustaining positive connections with clients and internal teams
