Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment, with 2 years in customer-facing LMS administration
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record in managing complex Learning Management Systems
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with externally/customer-facing LMS Administration preferred
