Job Summary

To enhance educational offerings, the full-time Senior Education Specialist will lead the development and implementation of curriculum and educational activities, collaborating with stakeholders and managing day-to-day business components related to learning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, design, and implement curriculum and educational programs
• Conduct assessments of customer needs and evaluate the success of educational initiatives
• Collaborate on marketing, financial management, and accreditation compliance for learning activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with seven years of relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Demonstrated success in curriculum design and development
• Experience with learning management systems or digital learning platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence-based education practices
• Strong consultation and stakeholder engagement skills
