Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior EHR Analyst-Training Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise training initiatives for various EHR systems, including interactive courses and live training sessions
Consult with cross-functional teams to manage and deploy training during EHR conversions and updates
Present training initiatives and metrics to senior leadership and ensure adherence to training standards

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree required; Training & Development certification preferred
5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery
3+ years of EHR training experience
2+ years of experience with EHR implementation in a healthcare setting
3+ years of experience in designing and delivering virtual training
