Senior EHRM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior EHRM Consultant to support Electronic Health Record Modernization efforts for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling presentations and materials that adhere to client branding and style guidelines
• Research and synthesize information to craft concise and accurate messaging
• Collaborate with project leads and trainers to clarify messaging objectives and iterate on content based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public policy, education, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, preferably with federal clients or large-scale training programs
• Strong research and synthesis skills to distill complex information into clear outputs
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or federal healthcare initiatives is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Mural, and Lean Six
