Senior ELA Standards Specialist

Job Summary

Senior ELA Standards Specialist, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting curriculum standards alignments and ensuring accuracy for K-4 to 6-8 RFP and state instructional materials adoption requirements, focusing on ELA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess RFP and state adoption submissions for curriculum support and knowledge
• Create quality documentation showing curriculum alignment with state and national standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to make recommendations for content coverage and alignment improvements

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of instructional design or curriculum development experience in K-12 ELA
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and state and national standards
• Experience with curriculum alignment work in K-12 or higher education
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or Instruction required; Master's degree preferred
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
