Senior Elastic Search Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Database Administrator / Elastic Search Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Elasticsearch clusters, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Develop and engineer data stores, including database design, ETL process management, and performance tuning
• Provide 24/7 monitoring and troubleshooting support for database issues, implementing automated processes as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience in Elasticsearch Cluster Administration
• 3+ years of MongoDB Administration experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-hosted databases, particularly AWS
• Experience in high transaction/high availability environments
