Senior eLearning Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Senior eLearning Instructional Designer will conduct training needs assessments, design self-paced eLearning courses, and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive job and task analyses to identify training solutions
• Design and develop self-paced eLearning programs, including curriculum plans and learning objectives
• Utilize advanced eLearning technologies to create interactive digital learning experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field
• 5+ years of instructional design experience, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline
• Experience conducting training needs assessments and job/task analyses
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Experience designing learning solutions across multiple delivery methods
