Senior Electrical Cost Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Cost Manager to support semiconductor facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workload, team tasks, and quality assurance processes
• Reconcile invoices and change orders with contractors and third parties
• Develop client relationships and provide support to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Electrical Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent preferred
• Experience with semiconductor projects is required
• Proficient in cost estimating for construction projects
