Senior Electrical Design Engineer, PE

Job Summary

To support the execution of advanced electrical systems for large-scale, mission-critical data center infrastructure, the fully remote Senior Electrical Design Engineer, PE will lead cross-functional teams, drive design excellence, and serve as a technical authority throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical lead for electrical design on complex data center projects, guiding them from concept through commissioning
• Lead and oversee a team of electrical engineers, establishing design standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Act as the primary liaison with internal departments and external partners to resolve electrical design challenges and ensure code compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering with a focus on electrical building systems
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the A/E industry, specifically with mission-critical and data center electrical infrastructure
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required
• Revit BIM design experience with a demonstrated ability to coordinate large-scale electrical systems
• Proven proficiency in short circuit analysis and power system modeling using tools like SKM or ETAP
