Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and improvements while managing design tasks and project timelines
• Mentor junior team members and delegate work to enhance their design skills
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure optimal design from a manufacturing perspective

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with CREO modeling, specifically in electrical schematic design and 3D harness routing
• Associates degree in Mechanical Design or Electrical Design, or 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability or desire to mentor and train others
