Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to focus on the simulation and analysis of electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic compatibility, and signal integrity for ruggedized mobile computers and barcode scanners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed SI/EMC simulations using CST Studio Suite and Cadence Sigrity for products with integrated wireless technologies
• Perform pre and post layout signal integrity analysis for high-speed interfaces, including eye diagram analysis and timing analysis
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve design quality and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
• Experience in Electrical/RF Engineering focusing on electromagnetic capabilities and signal integrity analysis
• Familiarity with RF technologies such as WWAN, Wi-Fi, and RFID
• Proficiency with VNA's, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and RF Power Meters
• Experience with Ansys HFSS, Cadence Sigrity, or CST Studio
