Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in networking products, the role involves supporting technical analysis and troubleshooting of returned networking hardware, including switches and adapters, while collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams in Houston, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical analysis of returned networking products and guide troubleshooting efforts
• Analyze return data to identify failure modes and quality trends, and communicate complex issues to global teams
• Document failure analysis findings and contribute to improving service procedures and diagnostic documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with networking hardware products
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and failure analysis skills
• Ability to read schematics and understand hardware diagnostic results
• Familiarity with manufacturing, repair, RMA, or service operations
