Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical engineering design efforts for power generation projects, focusing on substation physical design, protection and controls, and interconnection engineering
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated and high-quality project execution
• Provide technical guidance for interconnection support and oversee engineering quality and compliance with applicable codes and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering within power generation, substations, or renewable energy projects
• Strong background in substation physical design and/or protection and controls for medium- to high-voltage projects
• Experience with interconnection-related engineering efforts for utility-scale generation projects
• Working knowledge of industry standards and proficiency with engineering and design tools
