Senior Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineering Development Manager who will serve as a technical leader in research, development, and test engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central focal point for systems engineering development efforts across Smart Infrastructure and Digital Services technologies
• Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with federal customers and engage with leadership to gather requirements and propose design solutions
• Lead presentations, proposals, and technology reviews while managing the organization's engineers in electrical technologies

Required Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Science, Physics, or a relevant technical field
• Ten years of experience in a corporate or federal government setting, with three years in a managerial role
• Proven experience as a successful research associate and leading direct reports
• Experience with US Federal Government projects, contracts, policies, and procedures
• Familiarity with control systems, software development, and energy-related industries
