Senior Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, managing workloads and project timelines
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and implement quality assurance procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in hardware R&D, including 4 years in a managerial role
• Experience in aerospace systems or similar high-reliability industries is highly desirable
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident, or eligible for required authorizations due to export regulations
