Senior Electrical Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator to join their MEP team in a remote capacity within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform workload and team management including QA/QC, fee proposals, and task management
• Reconcile invoices and change orders with general contractors, subcontractors, and third parties
• Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support senior management with required reports

Required Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Electrical Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation
• Preferred certification such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Proficient in cost estimating for construction projects and measurement techniques
