Senior Electrical Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Preconstruction Project Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preconstruction coordination activities for electrical system design and procurement
• Generate accurate BOMs and RFQs for electrical components while ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets
• Coordinate with procurement and management teams to source materials and track project-specific electrical material budgets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of in-field experience with electrical material and installation practices preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of electrical material take-off experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of project coordination and/or project engineer experience preferred
• Proficient in BlueBeam and Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Smartsheet preferred
• Able to read and understand electrical plans
