Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer to develop advanced microelectronics packages and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to create advanced microelectronics packages and novel material solutions
• Implement innovative designs and solutions for high-density microelectronic packaging and thermal management
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from initial concepts to documentation and testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with less experience
• Experience with circuit layout design using 2D CAD tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and materials
• Familiarity with high-density microelectronic packaging designs and electronic components
