Senior Email Marketing Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of customer-centered email campaigns, the full-time Senior Email Marketing Designer will create compelling email experiences that support acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion goals within the Consumer Tax business, working remotely and collaborating with various marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of email creative for marketing campaigns and customer journeys
• Create email experiences that align with business objectives and brand standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in email design, digital design, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience designing customer-facing email campaigns in a high-volume marketing environment
• Strong visual design skills with knowledge of email marketing best practices and responsive design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and experience with email marketing platforms preferred
