Job Summary

Senior Email Marketing Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for managing high-value client portfolios, driving email marketing strategies, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and develop effective B2B email outreach strategies
• Track campaign performance, adjust strategies, and identify growth opportunities for clients
• Mentor junior Account Managers and assist in training new team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy
• Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client portfolios
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience
• Strong expertise in B2B email outreach campaigns and performance drivers
• Hands-on experience with outbound and lead generation tools
