Key responsibilities:

• Orchestrate enterprise-wide email marketing workflows and governance programs for standardized digital execution
• Optimize cross-functional campaign tracking processes within Workfront to enhance multi-channel efficiency
• Synthesize operational performance data into automated PowerBI dashboards for data-driven insights

Required qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience managing enterprise-level project operations or email marketing initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in navigating complex workflows and data reporting tools like PowerBI
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices and tools, such as Knak
• Proven track record of auditing operational workflows and transforming requirements into scalable campaigns
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing with strong consultative communication skills
