Senior Embedded Graphics Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development and modernization of advanced avionics display systems, the hybrid Senior Embedded Graphics Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain graphics drivers and middleware while collaborating with engineering teams to optimize performance in safety-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain graphics drivers and middleware for avionics display systems
• Support the modernization of legacy graphics software and enhance display technologies for aerospace applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize graphics performance across multi-core processor architectures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience developing software for embedded and/or real-time systems
• Strong experience with OpenGL or similar graphics APIs for embedded graphics software development
• Experience in DO-178B and/or DO-178C software development environments for safety-critical systems
• Proficient programming skills in C/C++ within embedded and real-time operating system environments
