Senior Embedded Software Developer
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Embedded Software Developer will design, develop, and optimize high-performance GPGPU and AI inference libraries, ensuring robust performance across embedded GPU platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement GPGPU and AI inference libraries on top of Vulkan SC drivers, focusing on correctness and performance
- Lead porting and release efforts to new platforms and customers, including maintaining AI model testing infrastructure and defining certification requirements
- Produce technical documentation for knowledge transfer and collaborate with product management on competitive analysis of AI software offerings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer, Software, Electrical), Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in C/C++ software development
- Experience with developing, debugging, and troubleshooting embedded software
- Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, ONNX, or TensorFlow
- Experience with GPU programming APIs like Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenCL, or CUDA is preferred
