Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software & Controls Engineer, the full-time position will focus on developing next-generation control systems for advanced levitation-based motion platforms, implementing high-performance DC commutation strategies and distributed control architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement real-time embedded control software for levitation systems, including DC commutation algorithms and high-bandwidth closed-loop control
• Translate advanced control models into efficient embedded software and architect distributed control frameworks with low-latency communication protocols
• Integrate software with hardware components and lead system bring-up, tuning, and validation while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Controls Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in embedded software and controls development with strong expertise in real-time embedded programming (C/C++ required)
• Experience implementing digital control loops on MCU/SoC/FPGA platforms and real-time systems with deterministic timing constraints
