Job Summary
Leading advanced analysis and operational improvements, the full-time Senior Emergency Roadside Service Analyst will monitor service delivery, enhance partner performance, and drive strategic initiatives to improve customer experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline support resource for customer inquiries and service issues while monitoring service metrics
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and ERS providers, ensuring service level agreements are met
- Evaluate ERS operational performance and conduct analyses to identify root causes of challenges and recommend solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5+ years of experience in Emergency Roadside Service, dispatch operations, or service delivery analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience supporting high-volume operations and service providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
