Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Advocacy Manager to lead their employee advocacy program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the vision and roadmap for the employee advocacy program across LinkedIn and other channels
  • Coach and mentor employees to participate in the advocacy program and design training on best practices
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to recommend program optimizations based on data insights
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in social media marketing, employee advocacy, or related roles
  • Proven success in leading employee advocacy programs, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Hands-on experience with advocacy platforms and LinkedIn
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic content creation skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark
