Key Responsibilities

• Guide Employee Listening and People Analytics programs into an AI-forward function
• Manage the execution of employee lifecycle surveys and facilitate ad-hoc research projects
• Design and execute bespoke analytical projects to address specific business challenges

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in survey design, project management, and AI transformation
• Experience with People and HR topics such as AI enablement and talent acquisition
• Proficiency in using Enterprise AI tools and Google workspace products
• Experience with employee listening and people analytics platforms
