Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Employee Listening Consultant will guide the operationalization of employee listening initiatives, leveraging AI tools to enhance data reporting and drive business performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Guide Employee Listening and People Analytics programs into an AI-forward function to elevate employee experience
  • Manage the execution of employee lifecycle surveys and facilitate ad-hoc research projects focused on customer and employee orientation
  • Design and execute bespoke analytical projects, integrating qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to provide actionable insights
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 5 years with a Master's degree, or 3 years with a PhD in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated expertise in survey design, project management, and employee listening approaches
  • Experience with enterprise AI tools and platforms that enhance people processes
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Familiarity with employee listening and people analytics platforms
