Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and counsel on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Recommend and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Manage the offboarding process and support HR operations including data management and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and operations
  • In-depth knowledge of US federal and state employment laws
  • Experience working in international organizations and collaborating across cultures
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and establish trust with stakeholders
