Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Investigator, Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze high-level Employee Relations cases, providing strategic input on investigations and resolutions
  • Offer subject matter expertise to HR colleagues and business leaders to mitigate risk and promote company culture
  • Interpret policies and advise on fair employment practices aligned with legal standards and company values
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • 5+ years of exempt-level Employee Relations experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current employment law and experience with in-house and/or external counsel
  • Previous experience representing the company in legal matters and writing position statements is preferred
