Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for a centralized employee relations function, including policies and compliance frameworks
- Oversee complex employee relations investigations and analyze trends to recommend preventative solutions
- Partner with managers to address performance issues and develop training on performance management best practices
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in employee relations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the United States and Canada
- Experience working with a global workforce in EMEA and APAC is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
