Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for a centralized employee relations function, including policies and compliance frameworks
  • Oversee complex employee relations investigations and analyze trends to recommend preventative solutions
  • Partner with managers to address performance issues and develop training on performance management best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in employee relations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the United States and Canada
  • Experience working with a global workforce in EMEA and APAC is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
