Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Employee Relations Manager to lead global employee relations strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute proactive global employee relations strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Deliver training for HR teams and managers on compliance and ethical standards in regulated industries
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws across multiple regions and familiarity with regulated environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex investigations and employee relations cases with discretion and integrity
  • Ability to travel to sites across the network, estimated at 10-15% travel per annum
