Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance workplace culture across North America
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership and HR partners on employee relations issues and lead a team of Senior Specialists
  • Conduct complex investigations and analyze employee relations data to provide insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR roles
  • Previous management experience leading and developing a team
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to assess sensitive employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner
