Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance workplace culture across North America
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership and HR partners on employee relations issues and lead a team of Senior Specialists
- Conduct complex investigations and analyze employee relations data to provide insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR roles
- Previous management experience leading and developing a team
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to assess sensitive employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner
