Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and improve Employee Relations frameworks and strategies to enhance workplace culture
- Lead investigations and address employee issues while ensuring compliance with policies and local laws
- Develop and conduct training for leaders and stakeholders on Employee Relations processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources managing complex global investigations
- Expert knowledge of labor relations, conflict resolution, and employment-related laws and regulations
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred
- Experience supporting international Employee Relations matters
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
