Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and improve Employee Relations frameworks and strategies to enhance workplace culture
  • Lead investigations and address employee issues while ensuring compliance with policies and local laws
  • Develop and conduct training for leaders and stakeholders on Employee Relations processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources managing complex global investigations
  • Expert knowledge of labor relations, conflict resolution, and employment-related laws and regulations
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred
  • Experience supporting international Employee Relations matters
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
