Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice on employee relations matters, including performance management and workplace investigations
- Handle complex HR investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Educate and coach managers on conflict management and performance-related topics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or equivalent experience
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is desired
- 8-12+ years of experience in Employee Relations with a bachelor's degree; 6+ years with a master's degree
- Experience in labor relations, including negotiations and education
- Competence in HR software applications and Microsoft Office products is preferred
