Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive advice on employee relations matters, including performance management and workplace investigations
  • Handle complex HR investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Educate and coach managers on conflict management and performance-related topics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or equivalent experience
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is desired
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Employee Relations with a bachelor's degree; 6+ years with a master's degree
  • Experience in labor relations, including negotiations and education
  • Competence in HR software applications and Microsoft Office products is preferred
