Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Senior Employee Relations Manager will lead the employee relations strategy and workplace investigations across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior employee relations expert, providing consultation and risk assessment for complex employee matters
- Lead and oversee investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and workplace conflicts, ensuring alignment with company values
- Partner with HR Business Partners to develop solutions for employee challenges and enhance leadership capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment Law, or a related field
- Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or Employment Law
- Significant experience in conducting complex workplace investigations and advising senior leaders
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and workplace practices
- Demonstrated success in managing sensitive employee issues with sound judgment and discretion
