Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to support employee relations initiatives and manage complex employee issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation of Employee Relations strategies and ensure consistent application across the organization
  • Conduct and lead complex investigations related to employee issues and prepare investigative summaries with recommendations
  • Advise business leaders on employee relations matters while identifying and implementing resolutions to complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years managing complex employee relations issues
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current employment law and best practices in Employee Relations
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and propose practical solutions
  • Exceptional coaching and conflict resolution skills
  • MBA/MA or JD preferred; global experience is a plus
