Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to support employee relations initiatives and manage complex employee issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Employee Relations strategies and ensure consistent application across the organization
- Conduct and lead complex investigations related to employee issues and prepare investigative summaries with recommendations
- Advise business leaders on employee relations matters while identifying and implementing resolutions to complex issues
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years managing complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrable knowledge of current employment law and best practices in Employee Relations
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and propose practical solutions
- Exceptional coaching and conflict resolution skills
- MBA/MA or JD preferred; global experience is a plus
