Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex workplace investigations and crisis management initiatives
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide employment policies and compliance strategies
  • Manage litigation and risk mitigation efforts related to employment matters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 7-10+ years of progressive employee relations experience in large organizations (10,000+ employees), with at least 5 years in high-complexity investigations
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent senior-level certification preferred
  • Proven experience in managing employment litigation and regulatory matters
  • Demonstrated success in influencing senior leadership and supporting ER transformation initiatives
