Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner who will handle complex employee relations matters and serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead medium to high complexity employee relations investigations and develop comprehensive documentation
  • Serve as the primary intake point for workplace accommodation requests and manage cases through the interactive process lifecycle
  • Contribute to the development of the Employee Relations Center of Excellence by designing frameworks and maintaining documentation standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations best practices
  • Experience managing workplace accommodations and the ADA interactive process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using generative AI tools for documentation
