Job Summary
To support a positive workplace climate, the full-time remote Senior Employee Relations Partner will deliver expert guidance on employee relations, lead complex investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, while residing in New Jersey, Delaware, or Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate workplace complaints and ensure compliance with legal and company policies
- Advise managers and team members on employee relations issues and policy interpretation
- Track and report employee relations activity, identifying trends and recommending solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR-related studies or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or Employee Relations-focused role
- 5+ years of experience with U.S. employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA
- 5+ years of experience handling confidential investigations with integrity and ethical decision-making
- 5+ years of experience conducting and overseeing complex workplace investigations
