Job Summary

To enhance the team member experience, the full-time Senior Employee Relations Partner will manage complex employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and provide performance coaching consultation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conducts complex investigations and manages cases related to harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence
  • Produces comprehensive reports detailing findings and collaborates with leaders on performance management documentation
  • Develops strategic approaches to employee relations, providing insights and recommendations to HR and field partners
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a dedicated HR or employee relations role
  • At least three years' experience conducting employee relations investigations
  • Experience providing performance coaching consultation to leaders
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations
