Job Summary
Aligning with a specific business pillar, the full-time Senior Employee Relations Partner will provide strategic guidance on sensitive employee relations matters, including performance management and workplace conflicts, while working remotely and adhering to Pacific Time Zone hours.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and coach management on complex employee relations decisions, ensuring adherence to policies and legal guidelines
- Collaborate with People Partners and Legal to address employee relations issues consistently and effectively
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for strategic programs and change
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, workplace conflict, and performance management
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and human resources regulations
- Proven skills in consulting, conflict resolution, and facilitation
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all organizational levels
- BS/BA degree; JD degree preferred
