Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex employee relations cases and conduct investigations into sensitive matters
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on workplace concerns and advise on formal processes
• Participate in employee relations projects, deliver training, and provide case metrics intelligence

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business, law, human resources, or related subject
• Appropriate HR Certification preferred
• Proven HR experience and knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize time-sensitive issues
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and investigative skills
