Senior Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Investigating and resolving employee complaints, the full-time remote Senior Employee Relations Specialist will provide consultation and guidance to field management on employee behavior and performance issues while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts investigations into employee complaints, interviews witnesses, and recommends resolutions
• Advises and coaches field managers on effectively addressing employment issues
• Collaborates with HR and operations teams to ensure consistent handling of coaching, counseling, and investigations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (SHRM-CP, J.D.) preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in conducting workplace investigations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and federal/state employment laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Navex EthicsPoint is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
