Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support its US Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer programs to foster a positive employee relations environment and resolve employee relations issues
• Advise and coach managers on performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and compliance with employment laws
• Implement HR programs and lead local engagement action planning to align employees with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Employee Relations with skills in coaching and developing front-line leaders
• Knowledge of applicable business laws and regulations
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
