Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex employee relations work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee relations cases from intake to resolution
  • Conduct unbiased investigations into misconduct, policy violations, and workplace conflicts
  • Advise managers on performance concerns and support employees in sensitive situations
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Employee Relations or a related HR discipline
  • Proven capability managing complex employee relations cases independently
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR certification or investigation training preferred
  • Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and Ethics functions
