Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee relations cases from intake to resolution
- Conduct unbiased investigations into misconduct, policy violations, and workplace conflicts
- Advise managers on performance concerns and support employees in sensitive situations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Employee Relations or a related HR discipline
- Proven capability managing complex employee relations cases independently
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices
- Bachelor's degree required; HR certification or investigation training preferred
- Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and Ethics functions
