Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead thorough and confidential employee relations investigations, including sensitive allegations and policy violations
- Consult on performance management and high-risk terminations, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices
- Develop and deliver employee relations training and analyze trends to improve workplace culture and mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; commitment to obtain a degree within three years is acceptable
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in employee relations
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing employee relations initiatives
- Proven ability to lead initiatives with successful change management
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and project management
