Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; commitment to obtain a degree within three years is acceptable
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in employee relations
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing employee relations initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives with successful change management
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and project management
