Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead thorough and confidential employee relations investigations, including sensitive allegations and policy violations
• Consult on performance management and high-risk terminations, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices
• Develop and deliver employee relations training and analyze trends to improve workplace culture and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; commitment to obtain a degree within three years is acceptable
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in employee relations
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing employee relations initiatives
• Proven ability to lead initiatives with successful change management
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and project management
