Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations matters and promote open communication across the organization
- Conduct thorough investigations related to employee complaints and ensure confidentiality and professionalism
- Partner with HR and management to design initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in employee relations
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a generalist/business partner in HR
- Strong knowledge of employee relations principles and multi-state employment laws
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred
